First Game is a Big Hit!

Following in his big brother's footsteps, Luke proudly took the field for his first t-ball game of the season. They call it t-ball, but the coaches actually pitch to the players. Luke hit the ball well and played first base and outfield. (PLEASE NOTE: Even though his team is the White Sox, Luke remained loyal to the Cubs by sporting his Cubs hat!!!!!!!)

Soccer is My Game

Tyler's traveling soccer team played a tough match against a talented team. They lost (I think it was 3-1), but Tyler gave it his all. He had many saves in the goalie box and hustled on defense during the second half.

A Weekend in Clarksville

We spent the better part of the holiday weekend just "hanging" out at Grandma and Grandpa's in Clarksville. We went golfing, fishing, to the park, to Aunt Karen's store, and shopping. Unfortunately, Mommy was rather lazy about using her camera to capture much of this (and somehow no pictures of Tyler whatsoever!). She did manage some shots from the backyard and the neighboring park. A busy, but fun weekend. Lots of good food, too!!

Baseball Season Begins!

We will be spending lots of time at various ball diamonds as we follow Tyelr's two baseball teams. These are pictures from one of the first tournaments a couple weeks ago...not the best place to get some action shots. Tyler usually plays catcher for his traveling team, The Reds. He is good buddies with all of his teammates and we the parents are pretty chummy as well. Looking forward to a fun summer!
